Since we’re coming up to the year 2022 (ahh what do you mean!?) I thought I’d share the books I read in 2020 (or I guess mostly in quarantine). So, here are the 12 books I read that you just might enjoy too.

The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night at a Time

By Arianna Huffington

This book changed the way I think about sleep and the importance of it. I had awful sleep problems, it would take forever for me to fall asleep, and now I know I’m autistic I partly know why that was. Weighted blanket. No phone. Sleep mask. Essential oils. Consistent bed time. And I’m good to go.

Becoming

By Michelle Obama

Hilarious. Michelle Obama is quite the storyteller. Even though I’m Canadian, I just had to read her book. Her entire journey that led her to being first Lady is astounding and rather impressive if I do say so myself.

How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are: Love, Style, and Bad Habits

By Caroline de Maigret, Anne Berest, Audrey Diwan

This was a fun little book I picked up because I could. It’s eccentric and a bit…
